Deborah Ann Bullock Tolbert passed away peacefully on August 26, 2019, in Christiana, PA, She was predeceased by her spouse, Ralph D. Tolbert, Jr., with whom she shared her life for 63+ years. Debby was born on July 28, 1927 in Newtown, PA to Daniel W. Bullock & Deborah (Roberts) Bullock. She was predeceased by her oldest daughter, Susan Griffin, and is survived by five other children: Donna Anderson (Dick) of Easton, MD; Rebecca Velde (Jim) of Ocala, FL; Stephen Tolbert (Kathy) of Leesburg, FL; Ralph Tolbert III (Nancy) of Gap, PA; and Lawrence Tolbert (Mary Jane) of Cedar Point, NC. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Debby loved dogs, watching wild birds, reading and gardening. She and her husband Ralph raised orchids during their retirement in Millsboro, DE.
Interment will be private at a time convenient to the family.
